David V. Sarkan

David Sarkan is an associate with KPPB LAW’s litigation team. He supports Partner Roy Banerjee and the litigation team’s strategic approach to resolve real estate and dispute matters for business clients.

Before joining KPPB LAW in 2019 as a litigation law clerk, David previously managed evidence for high-profile felony cases as a law clerk with the Cook County State Attorney’s Office in Illinois. He has interned with law firms in Athens, Georgia, and Indianapolis, Indiana. Before law school, he served as the director of research for Rincon Strategy Firm in Memphis.

David earned his law degree and Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University where he was a board member of the Business and Law Society. He earned his undergraduate degree (in economics and international studies) from Rhodes College. He played collegiate football for four years and completed coursework in Europe related to business in the European Union and international business cases.

Raised in the Chicagoland area, David is based in KPPB LAW’s Atlanta office.
