Asad Ansari is an associate with KPPB LAW’s commercial real estate transactions and finance team. He represents lender’s institutions on matters involving various types of loans guaranteed by the Small Business Administration (SBA), including 7(a), 504, and SLA loans. He also advises clients in legal matters relating to commercial real estate, such as purchasing/selling, refinancing, leasing, property development and property management. Additionally, Asad provides support on corporate and business issues and assists with analyzing title, survey and other due diligence materials.
Previously, Asad served as a law clerk for the firm’s corporate and estate planning practices. Before joining KPPB LAW, he served as a law clerk with the securities enforcement division at the Office of the Attorney General of South Carolina.
Asad earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree in finance and international business from the Honors College at the University of South Carolina and completed semester coursework in international business at American University of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates.
Asad is fluent in Urdu and Hindi. He also speaks Spanish and Punjabi and is familiar with Arabic. He is based in KPPB LAW’s Atlanta office.
