Sahil Dharamrup is an associate with KPPB LAW’s commercial real estate transactions and finance team. He supports Kirtan Patel, founding partner, and Samir Patel, partner, in their strategic approach to supporting the life cycle of commercial real estate transactions for business clients.
In 2022, Sahil joined KPPB LAW as a law clerk focused on preparing and drafting transaction documents and agreements related to real estate closings and acquisitions for hotels and hospitality. He has also supported real estate due diligence related to title and survey review. Prior to his role with KPPB LAW, he served as a legal intern with an Atlanta civil litigation firm.
Sahil earned his law degree from Georgia State University School of Law. As a law student, he earned the CALI award for his real estate transactions coursework. He also served as a graduate legal research assistant for Law Professor Anne Tucker and helped her explore mutual fund disclosure compliance and analysis, impact investing contract terms and ESG investing. Sahil earned his bachelor of business administration degree in finance from the University of Georgia.
He is a member of the Georgia South Asian Bar Association and the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association. He is a past member of the Asian American Student Law Association and the Youth Advisory Council. Beyond his legal interests, Sahil is an amateur combat sports enthusiast (boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai). He has competed in and won multiple Muay Thai tournament competitions.
